S’mores Turnovers
Ingredients:
– 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
– 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
– 1 egg (for egg wash)
– 1 tablespoon water
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Filling:
– In a mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. Stir until well mixed.
3. Roll Out the Pie Crusts:
– Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Using a round cutter or a glass, cut out circles (about 4-5 inches in diameter) from the dough.
