Grilled Steak Wrap with Fries
Ingredients:
For the Wrap:
2 large flatbreads or pita breads
300g beef steak, thinly sliced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
1 cup French fries, cooked until crispy
1 cup lettuce, shredded
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Steak:
In a bowl, combine paprika, cumin, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the steak slices and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Steak:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until seared and cooked to your liking. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Assemble the Wrap:
Warm the flatbreads or pita breads. Spread a layer of the sauce on each bread.
Layer with lettuce, cooked steak, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and French fries.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro or parsley on top.
5. Serve:
Fold the flatbread into a wrap or serve open-faced. Enjoy your delicious steak wrap with a side of extra fries or dipping sauce!
