Description

Cheesy Nacho Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk or heavy cream

1 small tomato, diced

1/4 cup diced green chilies (optional)

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat Milk:

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk or cream until hot but not boiling.

2. Melt Cheese:

Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Season:

Mix in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.

4. Add Vegetables:

Stir in diced tomato and green chilies for a kick of flavor. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
