Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

300g spaghetti

2 chicken breasts, diced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp tomato paste

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta: Boil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Season and Cook Chicken: Toss the diced chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.

4. Add Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.

6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
