Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients:
12 large strawberries
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Extra strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Strawberries: Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops. Scoop out the centers with a small spoon or melon baller to create a cavity.
2. Make Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3. Stuff Strawberries: Use a piping bag or spoon to fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
4. Add Crumbs: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the filling.
5. Garnish: Place a small strawberry on top for decoration (optional).
6. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
