Marshmallow Cereal Roll
Ingredients:
Base:
6 cups crispy rice cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Filling:
2 cups marshmallow fluff
Topping:
1 cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup toasted mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Prepare Base: Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat and quickly mix in crispy rice cereal until well combined.
2. Form Roll: Spread the cereal mixture evenly onto a greased parchment paper. Let cool slightly but not harden.
3. Add Filling: Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly over the cereal base.
4. Roll: Using the parchment paper, roll the cereal tightly into a log shape. Seal the ends and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Decorate: Drizzle melted chocolate over the chilled roll. Add toasted mini marshmallows on top. Let set.
6. Slice & Serve: Cut into slices and enjoy.
