Bacon Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie crust
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 cup (120ml) ketchup
1/4 cup (60ml) mustard
1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie crust.
4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over the beef mixture.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
