Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni pasta
200g ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil macaroni pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat if necessary.
3. Combine Ingredients: Lower the heat and stir in ketchup, mustard, beef broth, and milk. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
4. Add Cheese and Bacon: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until melted and creamy. Top with crumbled bacon.
5. Serve Hot: Serve the dish immediately, garnished with additional bacon bits if desired.
