Bacon-Wrapped Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Topping:

8 slices of bacon

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Meatballs:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.

2. Wrap with Bacon:

Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

3. Bake the Meatballs:

Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through.

4. Add Cheese:

Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each meatball. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Top with chopped green onions before serving.
