Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail.
Gently pull the lobster meat upward, placing it on top of the shell for presentation.
2. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grill the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip.
Brush with more garlic butter and grill for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
4. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot with additional garlic butter for dipping.
