Grilled Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 lemon, halved and grilled

Fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Creamy Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

3. Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the dill sauce by mixing the sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

5. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the creamy dill sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Pair with grilled lemon halves for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy!
