Chili Cheese Hot Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
8 hot dogs
8 flour tortillas (medium-sized)
3 cups chili (homemade or canned)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Assemble the Hot Dogs: Wrap each hot dog in a tortilla and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
3. Add the Chili: Pour the chili evenly over the wrapped hot dogs, ensuring all are covered.
4. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chili layer.
5. Bake: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with a side of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
