Strawberry Banana Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cream Layer:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package (250g) cream cheese, softened
For the Fruit Layers:
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced bananas
For the Topping:
Extra strawberries
Extra bananas
Crushed graham crackers
Instructions:
1. Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a square dish to form the crust. Refrigerate to set.
2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then fold into the whipped cream.
3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced strawberries and bananas.
4. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top, and garnish with extra fruit and crushed graham crackers.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
