Cheesy Beef Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups (200g) elbow macaroni, cooked

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (120ml) beef broth

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

½ cup (90g) cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft. Stir in paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, chili powder, and tomato sauce. Add beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the beef sauce with cooked macaroni, then transfer to the baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, add cherry tomatoes, and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
