Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Potatoes:
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved potatoes, season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender (10-12 minutes). Remove and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium, melt the butter in the skillet, and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Combine and Serve:
Return the steak bites and potatoes to the skillet. Toss everything in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve immediately.
