Garlic Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Return pasta and steak to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
