Chicken Bacon Cheese Crostini

Ingredients:

1 baguette (sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch slices)

2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed or shredded)

6 slices of cooked bacon (crumbled)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bread: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.

2. Add Toppings: Remove the bread from the oven. Top each slice with a layer of chicken, followed by crumbled bacon, and sprinkle cheese generously over the top.

3. Bake: Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the crostini for added flavor and presentation. Serve warm.
