Mini Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Sliders:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 mini slider buns (with sesame seeds, if desired)
6 slices of cheddar cheese (cut in half)
Optional Toppings:
Ketchup
Mustard
Pickles
Lettuce
Sautéed onions
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef Patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into 12 small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
2. Cook the Patties:
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
During the last minute of cooking, place a piece of cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
3. Toast the Buns:
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on a separate skillet or in the oven for extra flavor.
4. Assemble the Sliders:
Place each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun.
Add your desired toppings (ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc.).
Cover with the top half of the bun.
5. Serve:
Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve warm. Perfect for parties, game nights, or casual dinners!
