Banana Cream Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

2 tbsp sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

500g cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Banana Layer:

3-4 ripe bananas, sliced

For Garnish:

Whipped cream

Extra banana slices

Crumbled cookies

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.

3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold in heavy cream and mix until fluffy.

4. Arrange a layer of banana slices over the cooled crust.

5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the bananas and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

6. Garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, and crumbled cookies before serving.
