Assorted Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions:
Follow the same steps as classic chocolate chip cookies, adding cocoa powder with the dry ingredients. Fold in dark chocolate chunks. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
White and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Follow the same method as classic cookies, folding in both white and dark chocolate chips at the end. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
