Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Tenders:

500 g chicken tenders

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

2 eggs, beaten

Oil for frying

For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture.

2. Fry the Chicken:
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

3. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.

4. Serve:
Drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the chicken tenders or serve it as a dipping sauce.
