Chimichurri Steak Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
500g beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:
Mix parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat a skillet over high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak bites until browned on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
3. Combine:
Remove steak from heat and drizzle with the chimichurri sauce while still warm. Toss gently to coat evenly.
4. Serve:
Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra parsley for a vibrant presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
