Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
300g rigatoni pasta
2 chicken breasts (cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it thicken. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
