Creamy Chicken Bacon Pasta
Ingredients:
300g rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
6 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic for 1 minute.
3. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir until smooth.
4. Add diced chicken and crumbled bacon to the sauce, mixing well.
5. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until fully coated.
6. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and mix well.
7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm. Enjoy!
