Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Rolls
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Fill the Dough: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center, then fold and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.

3. Bake: Arrange the stuffed rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, brush with more melted butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm for a cheesy, savory treat.
