Description

Steak and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 hoagie rolls, split and toasted

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the steak slices with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

4. Lower the heat and place cheese slices over the steak, allowing them to melt.

5. Spread butter on the inside of the toasted hoagie rolls.

6. Fill each roll with the steak and melted cheese mixture.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
