Strawberry & Mint Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:

2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup melted butter

1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened

1 quart mint ice cream, softened

1 cup chopped strawberries

1/2 cup strawberry sauce

1 cup whipped cream

Fresh strawberries for garnish

2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions:

1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined cake pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.2. Spread the softened strawberry ice cream over the crust evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.3. Layer the mint ice cream on top and smooth it out. Freeze for another 30 minutes.4. Drizzle strawberry sauce and add chopped strawberries over the top.5. Pipe whipped cream around the edges and garnish with fresh strawberries.6. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.7. Slice and serve.
