Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz rigatoni pasta
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chicken, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3 minutes. 4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. 5. Add cooked pasta and chicken, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
