Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Filling:
500 grams cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
For the Cinnamon Swirl Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter and cinnamon until fully mixed.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour in the heavy cream and blend until fully combined.
Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
3. Create the Cinnamon Swirl:
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
Use a spoon or a piping bag to swirl the cinnamon mixture on top of the cheesecake in a spiral pattern, starting from the center outward.
4. Bake the Cheesecake:
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open, and let the cheesecake cool for 15 minutes.
Remove and chill the cheesecake completely in the refrigerator.
5. Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar for an elegant finish.
