Creamy Baked Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken (diced)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with heavy cream, stirring until smooth.

3. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano, mixing well.

4. In the baking dish, spread the cooked chicken evenly.

5. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and top with shredded mozzarella.

6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
