Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion (diced)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag frozen tater tots

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Cook the Beef Mixture:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Combine the Sauce:

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream with the beef mixture until well combined.

4. Assemble the Casserole:

Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.

5. Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish.

Serve hot and enjoy!
