Cheesy Garlic Bread Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the center.Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal.Place on a lined baking sheet, seam side down.In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.Brush the butter mixture over the dough balls.Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
