Cheesy Garlic Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly and place it into the muffin tin.
4. Brush each with garlic butter, then top with mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and black pepper.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
