Creamy Bacon Potato Salad
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Potatoes: Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cream Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and garlic powder. Stir until heated through.
3. Combine: Add the cooked potatoes to the cream sauce. Stir gently to coat.
4. Top with Bacon: Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Season with salt and black pepper.
