Cheesy Bacon Nachos
Ingredients:
1 bag (200g) tortilla chips
1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup (50g) diced tomatoes (optional)
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe plate.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
4. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and optional diced tomatoes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
