Crispy Mozzarella Cheese Bites
Ingredients
12 mozzarella sticks (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Oil for frying

Instructions
1. Prep the Breading:
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Place flour in a separate bowl and beaten eggs in another.
2. Coat the Cheese:
Roll each mozzarella bite in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for a double layer.
3. Freeze:
Place the coated mozzarella bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
4. Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the mozzarella bites for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
