Creamy Baked Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2 minutes per side until golden. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
