Banana Split Fluff
This rainbow-inspired dessert is a festive addition to any gathering!
Ingredients:
1 box instant banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)
1 can crushed pineapple (40 oz), undrained
1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz)
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
½ cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Mix pudding mix and pineapple (with juice) in a large bowl.
Fold in Cool Whip until fluffy.
Stir in bananas, strawberries, marshmallows, and peanuts.
Top with sprinkles and chill before serving.
