Overnight Crème Brûlée French Toast

Ingredients:

1 loaf brioche, sliced into thick pieces
5 large eggs
1 cup cream
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

Layer brioche slices in a greased baking dish.
Whisk eggs, cream, lemon zest, sugar, and ginger. Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with lemon glaze.
