Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 packet ranch mix
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
6 red potatoes, quartered
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potatoes in oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
Roast for 20 minutes on a baking sheet.
Add cheese, continuing to bake for 10 minutes.
