Fresh Strawberry Gelato
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, mashed
Instructions:
Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Let cool, then mix with heavy cream and vanilla.
Add mashed strawberries and churn in an ice cream maker.
