Mushroom Cream Toast with Egg

Ingredients:

1 slice ciabatta bread
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup spicy cream sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1 fried egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Red chili flakes

Instructions:

Toast the ciabatta bread.
Sauté mushrooms in chili oil, then mix with spicy cream sauce.
Cook the egg sunny-side-up.
Spread mushroom sauce on toast, place the egg on top, and garnish with chili flakes.
