Creamy Spinach Mushroom Lasagna
Cheese lovers, rejoice! This spinach mushroom lasagna is loaded with three types of cheese.
Ingredients:
10 lasagna noodles
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups creamy béchamel sauce
Steps:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté mushrooms and spinach in olive oil.
Layer noodles, béchamel, ricotta, mushrooms, and mozzarella.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
