Spicy Zuppa Toscana
Ingredients:
1 lb spicy Italian sausage
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
3 medium red potatoes, diced
2 cups kale
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Cook sausage until crispy, then remove excess grease.
Sauté onions and garlic in the same pot.
Add chicken broth and potatoes, simmer until soft.
Mix in kale, cream, and extra red pepper flakes for heat.
Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
