Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Filling:
1 cup sugar
3 cream cheese blocks
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cinnamon Swirl:
1/3 cup butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Prepare crust and bake for 10 minutes.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour half over crust.
Add the cinnamon swirl, create patterns, and repeat layers. Bake in a water bath.
Let it chill, and serve with your favorite glaze!
