Easy Cool Whip Candy
This Cool Whip candy is a creamy, dreamy dessert that pairs perfectly with your favorite ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 cups Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
Mix Cool Whip with vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
Gradually add powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
Spoon or pipe onto a tray lined with parchment.
Top each piece with chocolate chips and chill for 2 hours.
