1 ¼ lbs boneless chicken thighs
¾ tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 shallot (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup white rice
Juice of ½ lemon
4 sprigs thyme
¾ cup heavy cream
Directions:
