Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Roasted Potatoes
Crispy bacon elevates this steak and potato dish to the next level!
Ingredients:
500g flank steak, cubed
500g red potatoes, quartered
3 slices bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Roast potatoes at 200°C with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 25 minutes.
Cook steak bites in olive oil until golden brown.
Add garlic and butter, basting the steak for 2 minutes.
Toss potatoes with crumbled bacon, and serve with steak bites.
Because bacon makes everything better!
