Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 cups graham crackers, crushed
½ cup butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups cinnamon roll dough, pre-made

Preparation Steps:

Prepare a graham cracker crust and press into a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
Pour half the batter over the crust. Add a spiral of cinnamon roll dough, then the remaining batter.
Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes. Chill before slicing.
