A garlicky twist on the classic pickled meat and cheese jars, perfect for snack lovers!
Ingredients:
1 cup Monterey Jack cubes
1 cup Parmesan cubes
1 cup smoked sausage slices
1/2 cup bread-and-butter pickles
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped chives for garnish
Steps:
Add Monterey Jack, Parmesan, smoked sausage, and pickles to a jar in layers.
Combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic.
Pour the marinade over the layered ingredients.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
